We were building steel enclosures long before we rented the first one. That's why the fleet exists: every unit in the yard came off our own floor. When a customer needs a configuration that isn't in the catalog, we don't place an order — we walk it to fabrication.

Non-fire-rated, 2-hour, and 4-hour rated buildings, in multiple footprints, with secondary containment built in. Because the units already exist, delivery is measured in days — not permitting cycles.

Capability
What we store
Units for fungicide, pesticide, and fertilizer storage, along with any other hazardous material — flammable or nonflammable.
Flammable storage
Fire-rated buildings in 2-hour or 4-hour construction, selected by the materials you store, the chemical quantity, and the designated proximity to existing facilities and industrial operations.
Chemical storage
Our non-fire-rated buildings are engineered to meet federal and local hazardous material storage regulations. Built-in sumps provide secondary containment, and units can include climate control for extreme weather when installed to our specifications.
