Fiabila’s website highlights their “focus on safety” and claims that all “Fiabila sites meet local and international safety assessments,” in spite of the charges from the Occupational Health and Safety Administration. All three companies have fifteen working days from their receipt of their citations to comply or contest the allegations, or request an informal conference with Mr. Hoffman to review any abatement steps the companies have taken, which might result in an informal settlement agreement and omit the need for litigation.
