Which options can I add to a chemical storage building?
Climate control, heating, air conditioning, freezer / refrigeration, lighting, shelving, spill-sump shelving, racking, and wet or dry fire suppression are available. Ventilation and secondary spill containment are standard.
Do you rent drums, totes or the chemicals?
No — we rent the storage building, locker or container. You supply the drums, totes, pails and other packaging.
Can I store IBC totes and pallets?
Yes. Tote and pallet buildings hold 1 to 36 totes or pallets across our fleet; the SL2008-4034 in this catalog holds 4 IBC totes with a pump and work area.
Which fire rating do I need?
It depends on what you store and how close the building sits to other structures and property lines. Your fire marshal or AHJ makes the call; send us your materials list and site layout and we will recommend a model.
